On the 19th April I commented on how bad I am at keeping a diary, and here we are on the 27th June and its my first entry since!
I advice you all to stop reading - not that I thought anyone was reading it, until today someone irl told me he had read it (hi Cristoph!)
to be totally honest, right now I can't see this wedding ever happening! With virtually no income coming into the house, and the kids spending it faster than we can find it, I cant imagine being able to afford to pay for the wedding I want.
However I am thinking of budget plans, we are thinking of having the reception at a local scout hut which has a lovely outside area as well as good inside facilities. Mr B's scouts hire out marquees and we think we will have a hog roast for catering!
Our lovely friend who is making my dress (hi Caroline) suggested potting bulbs, which will have grown in time for the wedding ,to dot around the marquee to save on the cost of flowers - that does sound lovely
but I will definitely have to lose some weight before the dressmaking starts (no its not going well at all, in fact its not going at all!) mind you I did lose about a pound last week when I had my hair cut 14" off and its still past my shoulders but that was only a pound!
*rolls eyes*
